To reset your password, please enter your username eg: MarySmith - do not use your email address -

Once you see 'Password sent', please check your email for the new password to login.
Please DO NOT try to reset multiple times - every reset invalidates the previous credentials.


Note: if you do not see 'Password sent' in red it means you have not entered your username correctly. If you do not receive an email quickly, your email is likely wrong - please email INSIG.

When resetting your password

Please wait for your email to arrive before trying to reset your password again.

Whenever you reset a password, the previous passwords no longer work. Resetting 10 times in a row means only the very last password reset now works and 9 others do not. Please be patient for your email to arrive; generally it will only take 15 seconds to be sent and relayed.

Your email is already set in the system; please check your email account for the reset; you may need to in certain cases check your spam folder.

After 5 minutes you will be able to make another reset if there is an issue.
